It's definitely not the same outfit since she isn't wearing the bells in her shop sprites and she has something draped over her shoulders that isn't present in the concert outfit. However, she does have her hair tied up and is wearing a non-frilly outfit.
So I was watching a video called "we FOUND the song by the lake" where the creator compared a few tracks in game to the song "ch_5_inversion_lake_chant.ogg" (the song that plays as Kris and Noelle sink deep into the Hometown lake) and the connections they made stuck out to me as odd. I hummed some of the SWORD route tracks (specifically board 2 since it deeply connects with the events of chapter 5's weird route) to myself and I got stuck on NORTHERNLIGHT being an oddly fitting track. So I booted up audacity and put the 2 tracks in together and synced their BPM. The tracks are the same exact length once adjusted in this way and have the exact same rhythm... the song from the deep is NORTHERNLIGHT.

the reason all the mask animatronics are in "both" is because of the VANNY mask upgrade leting you stay in cams whilst fending them away, especially Toy Bonnie who gets a dedicated lure every non-Lefty run / custom night
Candy is the exception since their audio cue doesn't mean as much and the timer is only visible in-office.
It is usually a good idea to pick more cam-animatronics for a run since you have to deal with puppet no matter what so cams will be flipping.
Despite nightmare BB being an obstacle in cams it doesn't really have an anti-synergy with any given animatronic since his cooldown between attacks is so long. So he gets put in neither.
Lolbit requires more coins which means you'll have to play more minigames so it encourages longer cam-use.
Buying power is a great thing
So I learned the other day that Headstart cooperates with time rewinds (since "12:15am" means literally when the clock reads 12:15am), I then theory-crafted and executed this run. If this is the world's first... oops.
I hope the patch notes stay as wonderful as this for the rest of the game's lifetime.
