If you are ever looking to take an elective that is interesting, fun, and low-pressure to follow through, I would suggest you take FMLY1000. It gave me so many different perspectives to think about and completely changed how I will view the world moving forward. It combined many aspects of sociology, economics, family, and history etc. I am really glad I got to walk out of this course being more knowledgeable about our society and real life. This isn't an advertisement, but a genuine opinion because I loved this course. I hope you can give this course a chance too; you will learn so much about everything that shapes our flawed personal realities.
