Hello, I am from the Philippines. My mother (single) was employed with the said company after she passed. I was told there is a insurance death claim I can receive. I have submitted all requirements asked on April this year. However, i keep following up regarding the status and was told my Ph HR that it is still under review in IN HR since she was single and the claimants is the child instead of a spouse. Any advice on what steps to take?
