Anxiety makes it hard for me to go out and meet people I have been working on being braver and not running away when my anxiety tells me. I have 2 dogs. I like both small talk and in depths conversations don't really care much about politics I do request the conversations be SFW. I'm Mexican and enjoy playing board games. Looking for folks around my age not in a crazy timezone. I may not respond to everyone just looking for 2 to 3 good folks to chat with as I do get overwhelmed.

I know the person doesn't owe me an explanation, I will need to move on but my question is for the in-between. How do you deal with sadness, grief, and just a sense of loneliness? I go out and do stuff but my energy levels are low. I talk with friends, family, and Church but I don't know I just don't want this sadness.
