I have newer Kasa switches, the model is HS200(CA) ver 5.20
How do I remove these wires? Or once in, its permanent?
The back is smooth, no pinholes or anything anywhere that I can see.
I also removed the label and there was nothing under there.
Hey All... we bought this about 2 or 3 years ago and for the most part, it works ok.
However the floor head seems to have an issue.
We can be using the vacuum, and suddenly it will sputter and stop. The screen shows a clog but the container is empty and there is nothing in the pipe.
We will remove the head, and no problems - so something wrong with the head.
We've taken it apart and there is nothing in the way, no hair or anything else like that tangled up.
I've called Dyson, but because its out of warranty they don't even wanna talk to me unless I want to buy a replacement part.
Any ideas on what else to look at or try? I thought of replacing the head but its around $100 CAD on Amazon.
The part number on the head is 425995 it has a green light on the right side of it that shines. It says Carbon Fibre and Fluffy Optic on the attachment.
Compared to my $300 Kenmore, this $1k vacuum has given me more issues than any I've ever owned.
