Blue Icons above the "gadgets" bar
Is there a list of what all of the blue icons - many with counters on them - mean that appear above the gadgets bar during combat?

Is there a way to report a user's player name? I ran across one just now whose name includes "N166er". You replace the numbers...
Frankly, I'm surprised that name made it through their filtering process (admittedly, if they even have one...)
About a half an hour ago I jumped into a Heroic Chinatown Rescue and Agent "redbeardrrr", if I recall the name correctly was the only one in the instance and had just gotten past the first area when I joined. I'm running Vanguard Commando lvl 29 and (s)he was running the healer variation of Field Medic.
It turned out to be a pretty good match. The areas leading up to the final boss fight were somewhat challenging, but we got through them without either of us being downed.
All the while I was hoping for another Agent or two to join to complete the mission. Yeah, it's the easiest and most commonly played mission, but nevertheless, it's Heroic level, and I'd never run it with just two Agents.
Then we got to the containers just outside of the boss fight. We both paused, as if to catch our breath and mentally prepare for what we knew would probably be a tough fight. Then we went in.
In retrospect, it wasn't that tough of a fight. "redbeard" kept his healing station deployed at just the right times and in good places for both of us to take advantage of the healing. Me, I did my best to keep my pulse up as much as possible and deploy my Smart Cover in a way that both of us could use it.
In the end, it really didn't feel much more different than a four-person team. I guess we just worked well together.
I'm proud of us, and especially myself. Not to be conceited, but I was surprised that what came down to the choices I've made in my gear and weapons resulted in being able to complete a heroic mission with just me and another Agent.
So, "redbeardrrr", if you see this, way to go Agent - we rocked it!
That's the Proficiency Level 6 goal for the G28 MMR.
I have a Small RDS Scope on it, so no magnification.
In battles I've killed enemies by just right-clicking to Aim Down Sight/Scope (I'm on PC), and also by hitting my mouse button to view through the scope (mapped to my thumb button) and confirming kills that way.
I tested this on a story-level mission to have time to evaluate each method, and neither aiming method increased the proficiency level count.
Do I need a higher level scope magnification (2x or higher)? Or am I missing something else?
Either this weapon proficiency level goal is bugged, or I'm just not understanding how to proc it.
I have a Scorpio that is on the same goal and that's currently at 61 of 100.
Conversely, I have an M8A1 AR that's on the same goal, and I've been playing with it for a while now, and the counter is still at zero.
My understanding of the goal is, while shooting at an enemy, when you empty the magazine, the hit versus miss rate of the bullets that hit the enemy needs to be at least 30% hits of all rounds shot at that enemy.
I mean, the Scorpio's mag is only 7 rounds, and the M8A1's mag is 30 rounds. With the M8A1 I'm firing at a heavy that's fairly close and hard to miss, and takes several mags to take down, yet after all of that - 60+ rounds at the heavy, constantly firing, and barely missing, the proficiency counter doesn't increase.
Am I correct on that? If so, why isn't my M8A1's goal increasing? Maybe I'm missing something??
So, I've completed every mission on Heroic, and am at around 16k Power Score for most of the Specializations.
Yet I'm not able to access legendary-level mission difficulty for any of the missions. Does that require a much higher Power Score? Maybe 20k
I have 5 purple ones, including the one that I've had equipped and have upgraded for a while. The other 4 purples I haven't upgraded, as I don't feel they fit to my gameplay goals and needs.
Additionally, I have 62 others of blue and green level that I don't know what do do with. I know they can be used to upgrade other, higher protocols, but is that it? Should I just hand on to them, for when I start to acquire gold OS Protocols?
Title. (Hope I got
Was in some down time from my daily runs and thought, "What the heck, I'll just check if they did anything with the mission." And sure enough, I was able to complete it.
FINALLY, devs!
I get that, for instance, if my weapon does piercing damage, that counter only increases when I kill enemies with that weapon who also does piercing damage.
I'm trying to increase the proficiency of two weapons that are both on that step, but it's taking for ever.
How can I more effectively (and quickly) increase the counters for that goal for my weapons?
Despite all of our complaints about the game, I gotta tell ya, all of the pyrotechnics and explosions going on during a major battle are, to me, an awesome sight!
It's just fun being in one of those fights, with three other teammates, healing hives, hive traps, drones, grenades, sparks. Just so cool to behold.
I've done all missions on Heroic multiple times, but I don't yet have access to Legendary difficulty. How is that unlocked? By a specific Power Score?
New rule? If any agent is idle for more than 60 seconds, the match is canceled.
I dunno - maybe that's not the best approach, but I'm sick and tired of people joining Conflict matches and then doing nothing. I just did a match where two of the agents didn't do a damn thing.
For me, it's not fun on either side: on the side with the idle agent(s), you're at a serious disadvantage, as you only have 2 or 3 agents working to capture the Points, or on the winning side, you just capture all, three Points and camp out at the opposing team's spawn point. That's not fun!
And, why is it that only one team ever has idle agents and on the other team all four agents are up and running? My observation, at least...
So, as long as I've been playing, I've always joined a conflict game through the Weekly Goals. I've completed those this week and I'd like to do some more runs in Conflict, but I can't figure out how else to join a Conflict match.
See title...
I'm working on my weekly's, so for one of the Conflict goals you just have to participate. Fine. I can do that.
But what's horribly terrible about the current state of Conflict is that, it is just WAAAAAY to easy for one team to completely dominate the game.
I just ran Conflict twice, and both times the opposing team simply decimated my team. They simply captured all three Control Points and then camped out at my team's spawn area, destroying us each as we revived.
The second run, I noticed the other three on my team just simply stood there where they spawned, as if to say, "I know I'm going to die, but at least I completed that weekly goal."
THIS IS NOT FUN!
Just last week, I was alternately on teams that either won or lost - purely on the merits of the agents' skills and working together as a team to capture points (or not, when we lost).

So, I went through and made sure that I collected all items listed in the ISAC Database, but the title "New York City Collector" is still locked.
Am I missing something, or is just another one of the many (many, many, many) bugs in the game?
I need just this crate to get my commendation.
I can't figure out how to get to it.
You can just see the crate up on the walkway, just to the right of the center of the pic, and there's a fast rope a few feet to the left of that. I can climb up on the structure to the left and get to the two green barriers, but I can't jump over the barriers.
Has anyone gotten to that crate?
So, I created a clan about a month ago, and two people joined who never participated in clan activities after that, so I kicked them last week.
I'd like to join an active clan.
How can I abandon the clan that I created?
I just watched an Echo (Hope: Echo 07) North East of Dante's Run and the guy in the Echo said, "It's been 2 years".
Does that mean that Resurgence is taking place 2 years after TD1?
What are agents doing when a specialization icon appears above them?
