Is expertise no longer required?

I have been working with Power BI since 2016–17.

Over the years, I’ve spent a lot of time developing skills like writing efficient Power Query transformations, building complex DAX measures, optimizing reports, and generally getting better at Power BI.

Now, a new joiner in the same role can use AI and solve a lot of these problems in a fraction of the time.

Again, this is not a rant against AI. I’m actually curious about how others are thinking about this.

Is it still relevant to spend hours developing deep Power BI skills and getting really good at things like Power Query and DAX?

If AI can increasingly handle the technical execution, what should people like us focus on instead?

What skills do you think we should be developing next to stay relevant?

Does Ayurveda states any connection between psoriasis and hidradenitis suppurativa ?

I am suffering from both psoriasis and hidradenitis suppurativa and want to understand if there is any connection between the two and what habits / lifestyle choices might be triggering them.

Cant go beyond 250 elo

I have been playing since 6 months. I just cant go beyond 250 elo. In 4v4 unranked, I alway loose because my army is not enough. (or maybe not appropriate)
When I check the stats later, I reach castle age around the same time as other players, but somehow between the castle age and attack, they have much larger and stronger army than me.
I tried all regular tips like remembering shortcuts, never keeping TC idle, keep creating villagers till 100.
But somehow keep loosing. (and occasionally face the anger of my teammates in 4v4)

Can anyone help me point out where exactly to improve ?

I enjoy playing though. :D
