Are my bangs bad?

I’ve been wearing my bangs long for months and accidentally cut them shorter last night. They’re kind of choppy and uneven but I got scared I would cut them even shorter so left them. I can’t tell if they’re actually bad or if I’m just used to seeing them long and prefer that way. Any tips on making them look better is appreciated.
I got a really bad bang trim in April from a professional who made them too short and far back on the right side of my head so I’m still trying to grow that out and blend it in. Something about cutting my bangs shorter feels like it’s making that feel more noticeable.

Anyone know what was going on at Plummer Street tonight?

I live in the area and drove past around 9pm, looked like there were 10 cop cars on the block.

I’ve been at my current job as a senior designer for nearly 10 years. I work remote, focus on digital design, but manage our design team that incudes print designers as well. Ready to move on to a new opportunity as a senior designer, design manager, or even a step up in to a director role, ideally remote. Looking for any advice in terms of portfolio, resume, job searching, etc since I’ve been with the same company for so long! I’m nervous my tenure will be seen negatively? I did some job hunting in 2023 and had a few interviews and one offer, but didn’t end up taking it. The job market looks a bit bleak right now and I’m feeling a bit discouraged.
