Cost almost Tripled. Why must we beg just to keep the same rate?

Delayed charging not giving full charge in time
I have a 22 bolt euv. I plug it in and it says it will be charged in full by 6:00 am. I go to my car at 7am and it now says full charge by 9:45. What’s happening?
