What would you do if you were to hookup and saw the bottom had a hemorrhoid?

So I met this guy for a hookup and he was very cute, sweet, and nice. We started to kiss and he went down on me and then he told me to “stick it in” and I looked at his ass and saw a hemorrhoid that was big outside of his butthole.
I asked him what it was in a gentle manner and tried to be as polite and he told me it was a hemorrhoid and that it was fine.
I told him I didn’t feel comfortable topping him with a hemorrhoid and he kept insisting it would be OK but I said it could make it worse and I didn’t feel comfortable doing it.
Luckily he was nice about it but? I don’t get why someone would bottom knowing they have a noticeable hemorrhoid.

Can someone recommend me a good clinic outside of the U.S. a hair transplant?
I already know I will need two hair transplants. I know I’m a Norwood 7.
I’m 35, soon-to-be 36.
I’m in the U.S. and would like to go somewhere affordable, like Turkey or Colombia. I want to avoid hair mill clinics.
Any clinics or doctors would be appreciated.
I have a lot of donor hair and I had a surgeon tell me it’s really good and healthy.
She said it was up to me if I wanted to do 4k grafts at first for coverage or to focus on the hairline. I do not know what my goal should be… should I focus on overall coverage and then do my hairline? Or hairline first? I decided not to go with her because her work looked very pluggy and she didn’t really guide me in the right direction.
I also would like to go to a doctor who specializes in transplants with the usage of body hair.
The picture in the red shirt is the most recent picture. I’ve been on Dutastride for 8 months and all of the hair on top is from recent regrowth. I know I should wait a full year which is what I will do. I want to get a transplant in the fall. I’m also using minoxidil 2x a day.
If you’re wondering why I waited so long it’s because back in 2020 I went to a dermatologist about my hair loss and they said there was nothing they could do… they said I had male pattern baldness. They never told me to hop on min or DUT which is a damn shame. I obviously had more hair back then. I started this process last year in hopes to see what I can recover. I wish I had a better dermatologist and had more extensive research on my end.
Any respectful opinions will be very welcomed.
