anyone else been receiving random sms verification codes lately? should i be worried?
title says it all but i've been receiving a bunch of sms codes for a few weeks now. it's making me hella anxious since some of my online accounts have been h4cked a month ago.
these sms verification codes come from websites i am unfamiliar with but just yesterday, i received a codes from tiktok. today, i received two from HPEGuest (idfk what that is).
should i be worried? what are actions i can take?

took my golden dose at the same day as my last shot, should i be worried?
title says it all, but I wanted to try extracting my fifth dose for the first time. i don't know what i was thinking earlier, but I ended up taking an additional 0.4 to 0.6 ml (currently taking 5mg atm). i've never experienced major side effects throughout my time on GLP-1 and i'm worried it might be different this time. should I go to the hospital? i'm just really anxious right now.
any insights would be appreciated. thanks!
