watching old 4:3 anime on handhelds is so fun

idk if anyone else does this but watching old anime on retro handhelds is really great. old anime is mostly 4:3 and those handhelds are also 4:3 so it fits perfect to watch it in full screen

also its always with me, i just take it out and watch wherever i am

i asked ai to convert first 10 episodes of naruto for my rg ds plus and send them to the device. it prepared everything for me, i literally did nothing lol

Unofficial llama.cpp port for PS5 in progress, run AI models on your console

I'm porting llama.cpp to jailbroken PS5s so you can run AI chat models (Qwen, Llama, Mistral, Gemma) fully offline, right on the console. No PC, no cloud.

The goal: run a 27B model on the PS5's own CPU and GPU.

It's early. Toolchain is set up, but nothing runs on the console yet. I'll post a video when the first words come out.

Works on FW 7.00 to 13.60 with elfldr. If you know your way around the PS5 GPU or want to help test, come join!

I've been building an SSH client for OS 7 that can reach modern servers

Got my old Bold 9900 out of a drawer a few months ago and wanted to ssh into my home server from it. Turns out you basically can't any more BBSSH still runs, but it was written around the algorithms of 2011 and OpenSSH dropped all of them years ago. So I wrote one that speaks what servers actually offer today: curve25519, ed25519, chacha20 poly1305. It's called berryssh and it gives me a real shell on the 9900.
