I’m not sure if this is allowed here. But I was at the Anaheim Marriott hotel on Sunday to do some trading after the D23 event. I brought my hydro flask water bottle with me and a set it down in the pin trading area and totally forgot about it. When I got home I remembered and called the hotel to give them my number when it was turned into lost & found. And I just called them today and they said no one turned in a water bottle. Seriously?! I’m actually shocked, how can someone be so low down and nasty to keep someone else’s water bottle! Like wtf, I’m been using it for years. That person doesn’t know what kind of germs I have. I’m honestly appalled 🤢🤮.
Anyways to keep it about pins, I got good trades that night.

I went to downtown Disney today to just walk around, get some merch, and have lunch. I was in one of the merch stores just browsing. And a women with her son came near me to look at some blind boxes. I’m paying attention to what they’re doing and saying because the mom asks the boy which box he wants, as she is pointing to the boxes. The boy responds with “no, not that one, the other one.” She points again the boy says “no, not that one the other one.” At no point did this boy point to the box that he was referring to or try to just grab it himself. Mind you, he is between the ages of 12-14 more than capable of getting his own box. When his mom finally points to the correct box that he wants, she then hands it to him. He then proceeded to say “why do I gotta hold it?!” It was like an automatic reflex in me that I said, “because you’re the one who wants it. You’re. The. One. Who. Wants. It!” Y’all I cannot believe him! Here this kid is, can’t be bothered to point to the box that he wants and then doesn’t wanna hold the box that he wants. But then expects his mother to buy it for him. She did thank me for saying something to him. In my head I was thanking my lucky stars that I will never, ever ever ever, have to deal with what the breeders have volunteered for. Not sure I used the correct flair, there should be one labeled Thankful That Will Never Be Me.
