Hello! My roommate (30F) and I (26F) are looking for a female roommate to occupy a room with a shared bathroom with one other person in our 3B2.5B apartment in West LA 90025!

Bills:
Gas/Electric/Wifi: ~$110
Rent: $1765 ($1705 for July 2026 only)

Details:
- Flexible move in date between 7/1/26 and 8/1/26 (rent can be prorated)
- Bedroom Unfurnished
- Shared Bathroom with one other (30F)
- Covered, tandem parking (you get 1 spot)
- In Unit Washer/Dryer
- Central AC
- Balcony attached to dining room room
- Shared bathroom will be partially furnished
- Living room and dining room are furnished (most furniture may be replaced soon)
- Kitchen equipped with fridge (with water filter), gas stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher

- No smoking
- No additional pets allowed

About Us:
We are both working professionals who are out most of the day. I have a 1 year old labradoodle. He is very friendly and loves to cuddle and play with everyone. He spends work days in my room but likes to be out in the common areas in the evenings and weekends. He is well trained but does want the entertainment industry and is in and out of the apartment more sporadically.
