Why El Chavo is SO popular in Brazil? blows my mind that even with gen Z

Here in Mexico is considered like classic tv show overall but seems like a lot of old people hate on it. My grandad used to forbid my family to watch it because he said it was for idiots lol

BTW I do like it, I grew up watching it but I'm not a huge fan

Is it ok to say or call someone pretinha/o?

A girl from Sao Paulo told me pretinha was the correct way to say it, after I called her neguinha.

I said that because my teacher said that was her friend's apelido. Funny story her friend got to Mexico and inmigration asked for her apellido (last name in spanish) and she said neguinha becuse she tought the guy meant nickname.

So ok , I get it dont say the first one. But then a girl friend (she is half black )from Floripa told me not to say pretinha... I said to myself mmmm a black girl told it was ok to say pretinha

Thoughts?

Job search Hexagram 55 to Hexagram 22

I asked the I Ching what would be the ideal job to look to have a stability and a decent paycheck. I got Hexagram 55 lines 9 and 5.

What do you think the I Ching is telling me? Line 4 is always very puzziling

For context, I work in a remote contact center (call center) is a very very cushy job (I even took the work PC to Brazil), pay is ok but not enough for my current debt (with my current income I'll be done in 4 months). The problem is also that these remote centers put some ridiculous kpi that are very hard to meet to fire you. We have to get perect surveys on a line that's for complains.

I would like to have a job that pays a bit more and has a more objetive criteria.
