So I was an L4 manager and left on august, I am re hire eligible and was trying to apply for a L5 position and the recruiter told me that since I was on amazon before I only have to do one interview, and was looking up about boomerang and it saying that the interview are easier and a lot of person get accepted just because of the boomerang, is that true ?

So recently I joined lowes as a seasonal sales associate, and I currently just working in this jobs because the job market is horrible, my expertise are in manufacturing, but I been clocking out early like a lot, but nobody has said anything, and was wondering how does that work?
