NO support for paid, released service Flow / Omni, despite massive bugs

The Omni / Character feature to maintain continuity is not working, with multiple failure modes, including 1) Generating new/made up people/faces/clothing/hair instead of the @ mentioned character. 2) Giving false positive errors about danger 3) Giving false positive errors about well known people 4) Giving errors like "Something went wrong"

There is no Google Flow Community, no support chat, no docs discussing the errors, nothing.

Instacart membership is opt out and a scam IMHO

First, the shoppers I've dealt with are all wonderful people willing to go the extra mile, chat, keep things friendly and helpful. That said

<rant=on>

I placed an order for grocery delivery yesterday for the first time since last July. I did not have a membership. Somehow, in the process of placing an order I opted into a $99 membership (which actually posted as $106 on my statement) After placing the order, there was no mention of the $99 fee on the bill or that I was using a membership. I happened to check my email after placing the order, and there was a notice I was being billed $99 for a membership. I immediately went back on the website and finally found where to cancel a membership. It asked me if I was sure because I would lose free delivery. I said yes, and it said your membership is cancelled.

Next morning there is the membership charge for $106. I called customer support and they said I cannot cancel since I've already use it for a free delivery. Also they wouldn't refund any part of it. The said if I disputed the charge they would cancel my account.

So, Instacart is guilty of highly deceptive business practices of opting people in to membership without knowing.

Also, when they provide free delivery under the membership, their is no delivery fee entry on the receipt, but instead there appears a "Service Fee" that is the same as the delivery fee.
