Class Action Matters

We have been members of 3-4 class actions. The payments are NOT overwhelming. BUT, it is a scam due to the fact that the payments are issued via "VISA/Mastercard" prepaid "virtual" cards. THESE CARDS ARE USELESS.

Even though we could use the money, the frustration dealing with the various "settlement admins" is NOT acceptable.

SCAM SCAM SCAM. A Federal Judge needs to step in.

Statins

To all my fellow cardiac patients. Was prescribed Lipitor along with Ezetimbe. Many years ago, prior to heart issue, I took Lipitor prescribed by endocrinologist. Back then, I developed hip pain & told MD that I wanted to stop statins. Once I did, all pain disappeared. Now, I developed SEVERE, INCAPACITATING night leg cramps. I could not sleep and disrupted my husband as well as I had to get up 5-10 X's and walk until the cramps eased (I used Hyland's - which works). At 77 years old, extremely active, with healthy diet and daily hours worth of exercise, I could NOT abide with the cramps. I stopped the Lipitor and all the issues disappeared. There is no NEED for statins. Healthy foods, exercise and Ezetimbe controls cholesterol, which, by the way, is necessary to the elderly body. Cholesterol is NOT the enemy. It is a vital cell builder/brain food. STOP TAKING STATINS!!!!!

XfinityComcast

35 years as customers and Xfinity/Comcast has been the WORST company EVER. If you pay on line, and you return to check out the pending payment, it does not show. We have made the mistake of paying twice, then having to "return payment" via our bank which in turn BLOCKS future payments from Xfinity. Additionally 6 months ago, we opted to reduce our bill from $333 to $272, which is more manageable. They continue to charge us $333, even though we have an email CONFIRMING our price per month. This company is UNREGULATED and permitted to cheat, lie, manipulate the billing without recourse.
