I was going to post a funny humblebrag about being on holiday in the sun while you're all back home in the rain but it's too warm.

My 10 year old PC still runs pretty good, I can't complain. Still runs Revit, Autocad.. fine and I can still enjoy some managed democracy, even if it's on lower quality. But would like to update, and upgrading seems improbably because of the age of all components.

I'm coming from an i7 7700k and a gtx1070 so this would be quite a step up.

I'm looking for advice if I made some major mistakes or bottlenecks, not for marginal gains. I want a smooth, stable setup, am not looking into overclocking or tinkering with anything myself (hence the F cpu)

Buying it in Belgium. Roughly €1750 without OS and assembly.

I've always been fascinated by the clubs you pass by on the average "steenseweg". You're club diamonds and lollypop clubs.. The local Titty Twister as to speak. I always wonder how it looks like inside, what goes on there. What does the clientele look like.. does inget crowded or is it 3 people on a busy night?

So everytime we pass by one of them somewhere I try to find them online and see what I can learn about it. It's a hobby like any other. Shut up.
