Wife Keeps Comparing Me Unfavourably to Other Men

In late 2024, I got injured at my long-term landscaping job and can no longer stand for long periods. I had to find a job that I can physically do. I applied for hundreds of jobs and finally got another after a little over a year: driving disabled people around the community. I love it but it pays less than my previous job. I also put on 10 kg. For the last six months, my wife has been in-and-out of wild mood swings. She resents that it took me so long to find more work, resents that I make less, and resent that I put on a bit of weight. I wake up daily to messages of her telling me she regrets meeting me, that my body is disgusting, that I should feel grateful she stuck with a "loser like you" when I was unemployed. She says she wishes she married a man like my high-earning older brother or cousin. She stays up late, doom-scrolls, and then sends me these messages. Then the next day, she will go "oops, I didn't mean it" and play it off like it wasn't deeply hurtful. I have to pretend it doesn't hurt or she will give me the cold should/not acknowledge my existence when I'm talking to her. I have tried to sit her down to talk about it but she just goes silent and ignores me. I want her to see a psychologist or something about her mood swings but she won't even entertain the idea. I want the person I married but I don't know what to do anymore.

Picture- takoyaki and sushi that I got at the fish market. Shared with a friend.

Hello. My wife and I love trying new foods but it's been a whole since we've been somewhere that sells something different. Tired of noodle shops, sushi, banh mi, etc.
