Ik heb geen verstand van zelf een rechtzaak voeren. Maar ook niet zo veel geld. Als ze nu dreigt, valt dat ook buiten een rechtsbijstandverzekering als ik die nu afsluit?
I signed a civil contract with an individual in hungary. Which is stated to be made under hungarian law. This person now wants to sue for breach of contract. I am in another EU country and a citizen of that country.
This is still fresh and maybe just a threat, so this just for a babies first steps information for me. What would be the steps a civil case would need to make there. For example, I dont know any hungarian. Does the burden of translation fall to me?
