How to navigate Geneva without a cell phone?

I am planning to travel to Geneva from Paris this weekend and I'm planning to use no phone during my trip. How likely is it to get lost? What are the essentials (like maps, tickets etc.) I should have with me?

My closest friends stopped talking to me after I opened up about my family situation

I moved to a different country last year. Around that time, I found out that my father had been cheating on my mom for 16 years. It completely shattered me, and I have been in therapy trying to process everything.

My therapist recommended I reach out to my closest friends for support, so I did. I opened up to 4 people I trusted the most and been friends with for over a decade.

Since then, they have basically disappeared from my life.

They don't text me, don't check in, and never asked how I am doing. One of them only texted me months later after noticing I deleted Snapchat, just to ask if I removed her. That was the entire conversation.

I feel sad and honestly confused. I did not expect them to fix anything, but I thought they would at least be there in some way.

Now I do not even feel like reaching out to people anymore regardless of what I go through. It feels kind of humiliating to even keep trying.
