Tried something different on the bbq yesterday, was a success!

Tied pork tenderloin and pork shoulder steaks (and some chicken thigh fillets for the fussy eaters), the tenderloin was a fantastic success, nice and juicy, and while cooking on indirect side on my Mastertouch I put a lump of whisky barrel oak on the coals so it has a Smokey flavour too, definitely a fan favourite!

Hot holding a brisket overnight?

I’m going for my first brisket next week, I’ve had a couple of successful pulled porks from my Weber master touch, I’m doing it for a bbq on Thursday afternoon, my thought is, Wednesday I could smoke until stall, wrap and finish in the oven, then hot hold in the oven overnight until the bbq, will this be ok? What temp should I hot hold? This will be a 3kg flat brisket from an English butcher if that makes a difference

So we just bought a Halmahera from our local reptile shop. Love the little guy(?), currently his basking spot is sitting at 40c during the day, down to 24c at night, this is what was recommended at the shop, however looking online it says 35c max for basking. Shop also recommended 12% uvb (current setup is 6% as waiting for order and we already had a 6% uvb) and humidity is sitting at 80% cold side. Any more husbandry suggestions will be great! Happy to be part of this community. This guy is our first lizard but we do have 18 snakes (mostly ball pythons but boas, corn snake and hognose)
