I put everything into my migraine app — and now I’m stuck

I’ve spent a huge amount of time, effort, and money building a migraine app that I genuinely believe can help people.

I’m also a migraine patient myself, so this wasn’t just another app project for me. I built it because I wanted to create something useful for people dealing with migraines.

But now I’ve hit a major roadblock: Google Play has rejected the app because medical apps apparently require an Organization developer account, and an individual account isn’t eligible to publish this type of app.

The problem is that registering an organization and getting a D-U-N-S number takes time, paperwork, and money — and honestly, I’m already running out of funds after investing so much into development.

It’s incredibly frustrating to come this far and then get stuck because of the account type.

Has anyone here gone through something similar with a medical/health app on Google Play? What did you do to get an Organization account and D-U-N-S number?

Any practical advice or experience would really help. 🙏

I Wish Someone Had Told Me This Earlier

I’ve been working on MigraSync for quite some time, and I finally decided to share it here for the first time.

I’ve made a short video showing how the app works and some of the features I’ve built.

If anyone is interested, I’d really appreciate it if you could try the app and tell me what you think.

I’m especially interested in knowing:

Is the app easy to understand?

Are the features actually useful?

Is there anything you feel is missing?

What would make you want to keep using it?

I’m still developing MigraSync, so honest feedback would really help me improve it before the full launch.

Thanks to anyone who takes the time to check it out! ❤️

Built a migraine tracker (not live yet) — is the report and logging flow actually useful?

I've been building a migraine tracker for a while now and I'm at the point where it generates a report like the one attached, pulled from my own logged data. Before I put this in front of anyone else, I want to know if it's actually useful or if I'm missing what people who deal with migraines regularly actually need.

A few things I'd love feedback on:

  • Does this look like something you'd bring to a neurologist or GP, or is it missing the stuff they'd actually ask about?
  • Is there anything here that feels like noise — data you wouldn't care about?
  • Compared to what your doctor's own visit summary usually covers, what's missing?

I also attached a short video of the flow for logging an attack as it's happening — mid-migraine is obviously the worst time to be fumbling with an app, so I'd really value feedback on whether this feels fast/simple enough, or where it gets in the way.

App isn't live yet — genuinely just trying to get this right before I ship it. Any feedback, even harsh, is welcome.
