What makes Thailand feel so chill?

Its a peculiar feeling that every time I visit Thailand, I feel so relaxed, as I was chatting with my friend the other day, it's hard to describe why this place gives us this feeling.

It's not exactly sparsely populated, especially BKK and Chiang Mai, the night markets are always packed, the traffic can be horrible, the weather almost always hot, and occasionally we saw fights on the streets. Yet still, we feel really relaxed and chill most of the time. Oh and we weren't smoking weed.

Edit : To all the replies saying its because you're on holiday, I'm sure that's one factor, but I've been to many places on holiday. And in some countries, even holiday feel stressful.

About the Manchester Airport assault trial, why can't the jury reach a verdict? What will happen next?

https://www.lbc.co.uk/article/jury-discharged-manchester-airport-assault-5HjdZRn_2/

I'm sure many people remember this case that happened in 2024. It was caught on camera, and videos circulated on the internet at that time. I'm just wondering why can't the jury reach a verdict? What exactly could be the point of contention here?

>The case was adjourned until May 29 to give time to the Crown Prosecution Service to decide whether it wants to seek a third trial.

What could this mean? If they don't seek a third trial? Does a judge make a final decision?

Is the quality of meth that big/important to the dealers?

In the show, the whole reason Walt was so important, was that his meth was the best on the market, as they say. Even Gale, who was a great chemist himself, said he could only get to 96% purity, while Walt got to something like 99%, and he was doing it from an RV. Is the process of making meth that sophisticated?

I have very little knowledge about meth, or any drug actually, but do drug users really notice the difference? And would that affect the price in any significant way?

Could the Romanov dynasty have continued if Grand duke Michael accepted the throne.

Most accounts I've read about was that Nicholas abdicated very suddenly without consulting Michael, and Michael wanted to be confirmed by an elected national assembly, so declined, therefore ending the Romanov dynasty forever. But what if he played his hand better, and accepted the throne, and led the reforms to bring in a constitutional monarchy, instead of waiting it to happen to him? Could the dynasty be saved? Would it have ended Russia's involvement of WW1?
