Hi, cis woman here. I’m sure you’ve all seen the discourse going on over the past week about trans women, womanhood, the Drew and ER fight, and all the drama surrounding it. Because of it, I keep seeing content I’d never come across before, especially TERF content (I mean actual TERFs, not simply cis women who disagree with Drew).

I came across a TikTok discussing “euphoria boners” and showing Reddit posts where trans women were talking about experiencing them. One trans woman said she gets an “euphoria boner” when she goes into the women’s bathroom, while another woman said she gets them when her students gender her correctly or call her “Miss.” Here's the TikTok: https://vm.tiktok.com/ZN8LjL7bR/

My question is: is this actually a thing? Are these genuine posts from trans women, or are TERFs using them to make a point? I’m honestly pretty confused.
I only have trans men in my close circle plus since this is a sensitive and complicated topic, I don’t really know where to educate myself about it. I’d genuinely appreciate hearing from trans women about whether this is something they’ve experienced and if so, how they understand it. Thanks in advance for educating me!

Hi. It's been about a week since my cat (spayed female, 2 years old) started acting differently. She didn't want to play, was hiding a lot, and just wasn't herself. The vet (and we) thought it was probably due to the heatwave.
The heatwave ended two days ago, but instead of improving, she seemed to get worse. Since yesterday, she's been eating less and has barely used her litter box. At first, we thought she might just be feeling down, but this morning it had been about 24 hours since she'd last pooped. I started getting worried and gave her some hairball paste.
About 30 minutes later, she threw this up (sorry for the picture!!). It's a very compact hairball, and she never had one like this before.
She rarely vomits, even though she's long-haired, because she usually passes all the hair she swallows in her poop (thanks to the cat grass she eats).
Since vomiting, she has actually started acting more like herself again but it's only been like an hour so we're not sure if that means the problem is completely resolved.
Does anyone know why it looks like this? Could there still be more hair stuck inside? Is there anything we can do to help make sure she got it all out? And should we take her to the vet now (her regular vet is on vacation), or is it reasonable to wait a few hours to see if she continues improving?
