Good:

• back/forward is under the scroll pad
• fast scrolling
• universal (no app needed except you connect through bolt)
• 3 connection (first one is bolt/BT while 2 and 3 are BT)
• pocket friendly

Not good:

• USB is for charging only
• Need some training

It's kind of like T400 (scrolling pad) but back/forward buttons are under the scrolling pad (up is forward; down is back).

It takes a bit to get used to due to not-so-ergonomic. Battery is removable; however, on the first time, battery should be removed in order to remove the tab.

This mouse is left and right hand friendly. You should consider one if you have tablet or smartphone

I found it in storage closet.

Put on an AA battery (one battery works) and connect with unifying.

Lo and behold, it works right away without further configuring and it works with Windows 11.

Logitech should bring it back with:

• unifying/bolt and bluetooth (universal compatibility)
• 2 or 3 connections
• same zone pad (scrolling and back/forward)

It's my favorite unifying mouse besides M320/M325

Your mileage may vary.

I bought 0.38mm and 0.5mm from Target (no seal on tip) to test and both passed rubbing alcohol test.

However, 0.7mm failed (wrote on a paper and sprinkle with rubbing alcohol and the writing is gone)

What happened?

BTW, it seems Uni refills fit G2 barrel (UMR-05S installed in G2 0.7 barrel), but not other way.

G2 refill fits Precise V5 RT only
