Should I go for private MBBS if medicine is genuinely my passion?

I’m considering private MBBS, and my family is completely okay with paying the fees. I also don’t want to stay in Pakistan long-term.
My friends keep telling me not to do it because I’ll regret it, mainly because of the cost and how long the process is. But honestly, I genuinely don’t see myself doing anything else. Medicine has always been what I want.
I want to hear from people who have actually gone through private MBBS: Would you do it again? Do you think it’s worth it if money isn’t a major concern and you genuinely want to become a doctor?
