I stupidly paid my full rent for June early this month. Its due on the 26th but I paid it on the 23rd. I thought I was being proactive.

I'm moving out on the 10th of July (but have my final tenancy date listed as the 20th of July). I thought i was going to have to make an additional rent payment in July and so when the letting agent came back and said "your final payment due June 26th is only £400" i thought oh fuck. I've sent an email requesting a refund of the £100 I overpaid but do you think I'll get it?

Looking for restaurant recommends that do great, fresh oysters. Something quality!

Ive seen Bistro Verde at the top of many lists, is there anywhere else I can try as well?
