I used to see myself as nearly perfect fit for moderate disease. Unable to really go outside without PEM, but close to capable of living life inside.

Now that I use a wheelchair, I feel mild! I am planning to go back to school irl next year, I can go outside just for fun!

Now the question is, should severity purely be based of off functional capabilities with use of all aids available, or how ill someone would be in the same situation as someone else?
