i’m an international student from italy transferring to chicago for a master’s soon. by mistake i ended up with two leases, one at the buckingham where i’ll be moving soon and one at dwight lofts.
I’m looking for someone to take over my lease at dwight lofts (south loop) by late august.

👉 OPTION 1: Private Room at Dwight Lofts (642 S Clark St)
Rent: $1,399/month
Move-in: August 31st
Perk: I WILL PAY YOUR ENTIRE FIRST MONTH'S RENT!

Details: You would get a private, fully furnished bedroom in a 4-person apartment. You only share the bathroom with 1 other girl. In-unit washer/dryer, kitchen, and living area included.

👉 OPTION 2: Shared Room at The Buckingham Chicago
Rent: $1,050/month
Move-in: August 21st (or ASAP)
Details: shared bedroom. It’s a 4-person apartment with 2 bathrooms total. Great building with lots of amenities.

Both apartments are extremely close to the Harrison Station (Red Line) and downtown campuses like Columbia College, Roosevelt, and DePaul.

The apartment is located at Dwight Lofts (642 S Clark St) in the South Loop, extremely close to the Harrison Station (Red Line) and downtown campuses like Columbia College, Roosevelt, and DePaul.

You would move in and officially start the lease on August 31st. The rent is $1,345/month. However, because I had a sudden change of plans and need someone to take my spot, I am offering to personally pay your ENTIRE first month of rent!

The Apartment itself:

2 Bathrooms shared with another person
Kitchen and living area
No smoking apartment
