I would like to ask if anyone from the TL locale is still able to work on S2S Elo? Since August 15, this task has no longer been showing on my dashboard. Because of this, I haven't been working, and I am worried I might be offboarded for not completing any tasks for several days.

I now see a different task on my dashboard called Voice Evaluation, and the TL locale is listed. I can access it and start anytime, but I am not sure if I am allowed to work on it.
Does anyone know if I can start a different task as long as I have access to it? Or do I need to open a ZD ticket first?

I have been working with project E S2S Tagalog locale for the past 2 weeks, but today I was about to do task but the S2S Elo disappeared from my dashboard and there are new tasks available. I did not receive any email regarding this so I don't know if I can work on one of these tasks or what should I do since there's no email from the team. Has anyone experience this?

I am really confused and honestly i dont know what I am doing anymore. Yesterday, I recieved unacceptable score and the auditor's comments said that I have used a same script for both models. I filed a dispute, I explained that it is written on the reminder to be consistent with both models, keep the same converasation and all. I also stated that the other day I also recieved unacceptable score for having different responses for both models even though I kept the same context, the auditor comment said I should have same responses to each model to really test them how they react to each statements I provide, but now I am getting a different information as they DECLINED my dispute. And to be honest , I am getting differrent information on how I can rate models and provide rationale. I guess auditors are not calibrated, but I dont know. It's pain in the head that I dont know what to do anymore, I guess I'll just keep working until I get offboarded because of these unacceptable scores I am receiving.

Ganito nalang ba sa Billease?? Wala na ba ibang way para makawala sakanila?? Like every partial payment ko napunta nalang tlaga sa interest and penalty, 3x nako nag partial lahat napunta lang sa interest and penalty. Ung 30k na interest hindi nabawasan. Tpos ung customer service nila akala ko maasahan pero ung dalawan agent naka chat ko hindi na nag response.

Nag reach out ako para d na maulit ung home visit. Pero wala nmn makausap sakanila.

Pano ako makakawala sakanila kung ganito nalang nangyayare kada bayad walang nangyayari.

Oo kasalanan ko nagkautang ako pero nag ttry nmn ako bayaran ng unti unti pero ang hirap nmn makawala kung ganito ung systema nila. 🥺🥺

Hello share ko lang experience ko sa home visit ni billease.

Overdue ako ng 114 days na kahapon june 18, 2026. 45k loan ko sakanila pero 80k na sya ngayon due to penalty and interest.

Area ko is Mexico Pampanga. Akala ko d sila nag vvisit dito sa pampanga pero meron pala.

So kahapon my nag text sakin na mag home visit sya pero dahil naka silent phone ko and hndi nako tlaga nag ccp masiado dahil nakakastress lagi ung nababasa kong text from OLAs ayoko na dn masiado mag cp tlaga. Anyway hndi ko nareplyan ung nag text sakin from billease kaya nagpunta sya sa area namin. My nabasa kase ako dito na if my magtext na mag home visit mas mabuti na tawagan or replyan mo na sya para dina mag home visit.

Hindi ko nakita ung agent kc nattulog ako pag tanghali gawa ng pang gabi ung trabaho ko. Nakusap nya ung sister in law ko at sinabi lang daw saknya na hindi nila ko ma contact kaya nag visit siya at inabot nya ung calling card nya at pasabi daw sakin na tawagan ko ung number nya. Un lang nmn daw ang sinabi nya sa sister ko then umalis na.

So tinawagan ko ung number. Nakausap ko ung agent sabi ko partial payment lang tlaga ang kaya ko every end of month. Ni ask ko sya if Every week kana ba mag vvisit dito, kc kaht mag visit ka wala dn tlga ako pambayad ng whole amount na 80k. Baka next yr pako makabayad ng malaking amount pag naka renew ako sa co-op kako. Sabi nmn ni agent hndi na daw sya mag vvisit ulit basta consistent daw ako mag partial payment hanggang sa mabayaran ko daw ng buo ung balance ko. I text ko daw sya everytime na nagbabayad ako ng partial para ma remind daw sya at dina mag visit ulit. Ayun lng napag usapan namin.
