Create same task across spaces/projects

Every other month, we have a task (different security patches) that needs to be implemented on 20 projects.
Is there a way to use automations do this? It seems limited to only be able to add 1 space at a time and I would need to duplicate and add a space 20 times.

New mole keeps scabbing over, dermatologist says it's nothing. Should I see a derm again?

I noticed this mole maybe 2 years ago. For almost a year it's been scabbing on/off. I saw a derm in February and she said it's nothing to worry about and maybe I had been itching it.

Now I've noticed it having a scab twice since then.

It is located on the back of my thigh. None of my other moles have scabs.

Don't know if it's relevant but:

I'm 32f.
