Thought I finally earned my reverse rainbow badge only to see the clause about no mistakes. One day.

I’ve had what I thought was an ingrowing hair on the back of my leg. It’s in that crease behind your knee. I squeeze, something comes out, it forms again. It’s been like this for YEARS. I cannot remember life before it. Any ideas what the cause is? Is it just a permanent ingrown hair?

I’m not sure if this is the right forum but my bedding (in the photo is a bed spread but it also happens to mattress covers) keeps getting these small triangular tears.

Is this normal wear and tear or is something else happening? It feels like someone is taking scissors to them but that could just be my paranoia…

What is the recommended fix? And if it’s normal wear and tear, is there anything I can do to minimise it?
