Giant XTC SE01

Scored for $60 while on a business trip. Worth bringing home for a travel bike? I travel frequently for work and I am away from home for 2 weeks a month.

I looked into renting a bike for my trip and places were charging as much as a car rental. So this is the second time I bought a cheap used bike on a work trip. This time I brought my helmet and bike bag with some tools. I adjusted the brakes and derailleur and everything works great. I donated my last bike and planned to donate this one , but I kinda like it. I think it's a good platform to upgrade. The issue is I would need to buy a bike bag, and pay 40-50 each way to transport it. It's actually cheaper to just buy another cheap bike then it would be to lug this one around on flights and Ubers. An additional bag to lug is dreadful enough thinking about. Would you suck it up for a cool bike you found and transport it or just keep looking for cool bikes on FB marketplace and offer up? I guess enjoying shopping too....

Did Google make an update that crashed casting videos

Over the past month seems casting videos has broken. Devices tested CCwGTV Nvidia Shield Sony Tv with CC/Gtv built it and TCL TV with CC/Gtv built in Onn Streaming Plus

I used to be able to cast videos from Google Chrome or Brave browser with no issues. Now it doesn't work on all the above devices. I get stuck with the above screen after I see the cast start to load on the TV. The issue is across multiple websites and different devices. I have cleared cache and data from Google play services. I have tried it over different networks/ routers. Rebooted the TV, phone/tablet/computer I'm casting from, the receiving casting device with CC, and the router.

Seriously WTF. I believe there was a backend Google update that broke it. Can I fix this or did Google break it? I'm guessing I have to wait for a Google update.... Should I bust out my old CC ultra?

I travel away from home for work about 2 weeks month. I thought about buying a bike travel bag and bringing my bike and decided against all the hassle the comes with it and extra baggage costs. I tried to rent and found bike rentals cost as much as a car rental. So this last trip I just bought this one on offer up for $45 and donated it when my trip was complete. My first time riding a drop bar bike and a bike with friction shifters. Fun experience. I'll be hunting for deals and interesting bikes to try. If I find a gem , I might just bring it back with me.
