Kitae fans are genuinely delusional

They think Kitae can beat no weakness UI SB Daniel, meanwhile Kitae after fighting a half dead broken body OG UI Daniel 😭.

Why James Lee Makes More Sense as the Final Boss Than Charles Choi

I keep seeing people say that Charles Choi will eventually take over SB Daniel, but I honestly think the story has given us much stronger reasons to look at James Lee.

James is consistently portrayed as the pinnacle of the First Generation, just like Gapryong Kim is the pinnacle of the Zero Generation. James has been compared to Gapryong directly and indirectly through Kitae. He isn't just "one of the strongest"; he's the benchmark of his generation.

But the bigger point is James' connection to SB Daniel.

James has been paralleled with the Second Body since Chapter 285, and Chapter 513 re-established this connection through Charles himself. Charles explicitly connects 2nd body and James Lee by saying that he needed someone to keep James in check.

James was one of Charles' prodigies, but he kept getting stronger until Charles needed a rival for James.

And this is where it gets interesting:Daniel's SB is literally named James Lee, while James himself now goes by DG.

James also knows about the SB and warned Daniel that he would eventually discover a devastating truth about it.

So why does James have this much knowledge and narrative connection to the SB?

Why is Daniel's SB literally named after him?

Why is Daniel repeatedly told to surpass James, become his rival and keep him in check?

Why has Charles himself connected the SB and James?

Now compare that to the Charles takeover theory.

If Charles already had access to a body capable of operating at Daniel's level, why did he need James to deal with Gapryong? Why did Charles have to go through everything he went through? And if Charles can simply take over Daniel's body, why couldn't he do it before? What suddenly changes?

More importantly, Charles has been portrayed primarily as a mastermind, while James has been portrayed as the pinnacle combatant.

So my interpretation is:

Charles = mastermind

Gi Bok = major player

James Lee = pinnacle / ultimate combat threat

If Future SB Daniel eventually reaches the level Charles envisioned and becomes comparable to James, then Daniel vs James Lee becomes a much more natural endgame.

Charles may have created James, but James may have become the version of Charles that surpassed Charles himself.

So if anyone is going to take over Daniel's Second Body in the future, James makes far more sense than Charles, because the story has established significantly more narrative parallels and direct connections between James and the 2nd Body.

What if James Lee is trying to create a “Realist Gapryong”?

I’ve been thinking about where Lookism’s final conflict could be heading, and I think there might be a connection between James Lee, Gapryong Kim, and Daniel’s second body.

What if Jang Gi Bok and Charles Choi originally planned to kill Gapryong, with James Lee being used as the weapon?

Charles Choi is extremely arrogant, so I can see him believing that even while using his second body, he would be able to defeat Gapryong. But what if Gapryong was much stronger than they expected? During that fight, something may have happened to James Lee. His own consciousness could have awakened.

And this is where the theory gets interesting.

What if the consciousness that awakened inside James Lee contains some kind of fragment or ideological influence from Gapryong? I’m not necessarily saying James literally has Gapryong’s complete consciousness inside him. It could be something much more subtle, like a fragment of Gapryong’s ideology that influenced James after their fight.

Because Gapryong and Charles Choi/Jang Gi Bok represent two completely different philosophies.

Gapryong represents Romanticism. He believed in ideals, people, loyalty and his own moral code. One example is how Gapryong refused to execute surrendered Yamazaki members.

Charles Choi and Jang Gi Bok, on the other hand, represent a much more realistic and ruthless worldview.

Their philosophy is basically that if you want to change the world, you have to accept bloodshed and do whatever is necessary. Charles wanted surrendered enemies executed because fear itself could be used as a weapon.

So what if James Lee's goal isn't simply to bring Gapryong back?

What if he wants to recreate Gapryong, but without Gapryong's original ideology?

A Realist Gapryong.

Maybe Gapryong's Romantic worldview was actually one of the reasons he couldn't achieve everything he wanted politically. He had the strength, influence and charisma, but he still had boundaries that he refused to cross. Now imagine taking Gapryong's potential, charisma and strength and combining them with the ruthless realism of Charles Choi and Jang Gi Bok.

You would get something completely different. And this might explain why Daniel's second body could become so important.

What if the fragment of Gapryong's ideology that awakened inside James Lee isn't supposed to stay with James forever ? James could eventually transfer that ideology or consciousness into Daniel's second body, or somehow take control of it.Daniel's second body would be the perfect vessel for this.A perfect body combined with the ideology of a new Gapryong.

That could potentially create one of the most dangerous final bosses in the entire series.

So maybe the final conflict isn't simply: James Lee vs Daniel.

It could be: A new Gapryong ideology inside the perfect body vs Daniel.

A Gapryong who has abandoned Romanticism and embraced Realism. James Lee would be trying to create a new version of Gapryong that fits the world he wants to build.

This is the fat politician guys,

Either his 2nd body is the fat one or he became fat.

u/mithudash — 14 days ago

How strong would be the combination of these 3 fighters

James- Brain and talent

Gap- power and innate strength

Daniel - perfect body and techniques.

Very interesting changes from Webtoon regarding the matter of James and Gapryoung

Also it is same situation like chapter 513 where James said he completed himself but webtoon said he completed his technique which was his path and path is regarded as technique.

Can't help but appreciate James Lee tbh.

Bro is equal to Kitae Kim without a strong bloodline which is insane. Some are saying he is Elite's son and it doesn't change anything cuz Elite himself is not that level of Gap or Shingen. James being that good and fighting Gap with Kitae at 17 yrs of age is truly an incredible feat.

James Lee might be the most talented in the verse tbh

He is shown equal to Kitae who has the blood of the strongests in his vein. This is actually crazy to think that a guy with no bloodline mentioned is equal to a Kim- Yamazaki hybrid.

Which hair colour looks the best on James ?

I think Silver looks best here and also it gives a cold final boss vibe.
