About email titles

Hey everyone, I'm pretty sure this is asked before, but things change a lot and I wanted a fresh update from your trial and errors.

Tell me based on your experience, is the title important at all, and if so, what tricks you use to increase the chances of your cold email getting opened.

Not looking for magic ways to do it, just your real experiences.

Sourcing for niche JDs. Easy?

Hey everyone, I wonder if sourcing for niche types of JDs is a solved problem. I'm not a recruiter, but interested in this field (not to become one though). So I would appreciate your thoughts.

Are existing tools enough? They have great features, custom AI agents, etc. but do they really help?

Let's be specific with an example: You want to source people for QA, with the candidate having used tools x, y, and z. Their past companies should be enterprises, and their customers be governments. The candidate should be in the field for at least 5 years, and be an extensive AI user. Finally for some random reason we care that at least one of his past companies didn't have an engineering manager.

How much does it take to setup a tool and get a list for that purpose? And more importantly, does it occur at all? Or you say the JDs are never that specific?
