Echo Access Point

I'm being billed $3 a month for something called Echo Access Point. It's listed under Spectrum Internet, not Spectrum TV. Any idea what that is? I'm about to dump Spectrum and want to turn everything in.

Um, what's the benefit?

Ordered this on Vine last week and got it yesterday. Has an $8.99 Ross tag on it. It's listed as $10.46 on Amazon and my ETV is $6.43.

I would think with all the fees the seller would owe to Amazon that this would not be a good deal to take an $8.99 item and sell it for not much more.

I ordered another Spyder T-shirt that same day, and it didn't have the Ross tag on it, so I presume the seller just forgot to remove this one.

Any ideas on how this benefits the seller?
