Can someone point me in the right direction of a replacement door knob and deadbolt for this exterior door?

Just bought an early 1900s home and found this door in the cellar that will fit the front door. Before going through the trouble of stripping the paint and refinishing, what kind of lock would I get for this? I grew up in an old home with original doors so I know the existing holes are for mortise/skeleton key locks but is there a more draft-friendly version that exists?

Getting my first house and I’ve fallen in love with this duvet cover, how can I help it fit in with the rest of the vibe I’m going for?

Picture 1 is the duvet cover and pictures 2-6 are from my Pinterest inspo. I can’t find a duvet with a similar vibe in a closer color scheme to what I’m looking for!

The title says it all. There is carpet in 2 rooms that will be removed promptly, as well as a couch that’s supposed to be removed prior to closing. Aside from that the house is empty of fabrics. Laminate flooring in the other rooms and drop ceilings in a few rooms. We’ve already planned to mop and scrub the walls, but what else can we do to make the house smell neutral? Ozone machines? KOE Kennel cleaner? Hypochlorous acid? Happy to answer questions about any other potential sources of the smell like vents, etc.
