I know i post a lot i am really passionate to learn the game & Chun Li in specific, OK i found this odd i played match's & lost some of them because when i was cornering my opponent after MK.SBK i go SS.HP it hit then the Heavy lightning kicks it doesn't connect, i thought it was a execution problem but i noticed while i was training the LP counter hit combo the counter hit option was always on so when i trained this corner pressure combo the SS.HP was always a counter hit when so Heavy lightning kicks connects then turned it off the Heavy lightning kicks don't connect after a normal SS.HP hit, i don't know this feels odd i think it should connect.

Edit: i mean by HK.LK= Heavy lightning kicks, my bad i edited the test but couldn't for the title.

I am training the last 7 days the counter LP>cr.MK>mk.SBK combo my hand started to hurt, i try to press cr.MK as late as i can to charge the SBK but some times the i execute the SBK some times i don't, any tips to be consistent with this combo? or should i just keep drilling ?

I was labing (if its a word) try to learn the counter hit sLP>crMK>mSBK & going through my replay's to see what can i improve my bad habits & mistakes that got pointed out to me in my last post, & as i was watching i noticed don't know how to do an effective block string with Chun Li, i learned about block strings & i thought it is just some normal inputs that can chain like 3 crLP or a combo that the opponents block but it looks like its more then that as i saw what the opponent can do with their block strings, so i my question is what is her best & effective block strings?

This is just a rant, i am so frustrated i know learning, improving & "get gud" is what i must think but really maybe wanting to main Chun Li as my favorite SF character might made me hate this game.

As i reached Diamond 5 after a 10 wining streaks i got down to Diamond 4 after a losing streak, i need to go above & beyond getting a poke to DR consuming 3 bars to do a bnb to just do a 2k damage as most of the time you cant combo from a normal well not a good combo that is while the most of the other cast can meterless combo from a poke for a 2.5k damage or more, most of the time i am just blocking as most of the cast has a plus move that can punish you leading into a huge damage making me learning all the other characters not safe moves & most of them are for just a few frames making it tight to punish & they don't need to be afraid of nothing from you especially if i fight a turtles & there a lot of them, her SA1 not been invulnerable, the inconsistency with the SA2, bad anti air & no 1 can convinces me other wise, some combos work only in specific positions, & just recently learned on trade just block don't do nothing after & i might even dont know about other aspects she where she lack in comparison.

I am really really frustrated it is really hard to play Chun Li in this ranks i don't even imagine what it will be like in Master ranks, so this is just a rant i needed to get this out of my system now its time to hit the lab, Get Gud & grind.

I see that when ever both of us (me & the opponent) exchange counter hit at the same time whenever i press LP or LK i lose the exchange, the opponent always recover & hit first & it costed me a lot of matches, so witch character does Chun Li recover 1st to LP or LK before that said character? or am i not doing it fast?

Edit: counter hit not critical hit, fixed the body but cant fix the title my bad.

As i am ranking up i started to get baited by specials that has frame+ on block & it loosing me a lot of match's, i am learning this specific specials but i found that almost all other characters has a frame+ on block & for some its even more then 1 the only thing Chun has a M & H Hazanshu that are safe on block but don't give any frame+ on block is she the only character with no specials that has frame+ on block?

I reached Diamond & i started struggling against this rank players as all of a sudden they started using advanced technics the level deference between PLAT & Diamond is so large & i need to learn & adapt, ok the most problematic thing i am struggle with is i don't know how to capitalize from me putting my opponent in a corner as i don't know what to do & fumble my corner pressures 85% of the time, so what can i do & what are her tools in corner offensively?

And what are the tools Chun li has aside from drive reversal in a corner ? & what i s the best way to deal with a jumping as the OD Tensho Kicks always whiff ?

Hello as i am climbing the ranks i started encountering skilled players that know what they are doing & started struggling against them as i find my self only guarding & i don't know when is my turn & i don't mash buttons i just don't find the gape or the right moment to punish i sometimes use Drive Reversal but that cost a lot as chun li is really drive gauge hungry.

I am new to this kind of games i am trying to lab some situations that i encounter & try to get the best solution to them but i am not efficient on that aspect, so i created this post so i can get from you all any tips & ideas to counter characters & if possible give me some training drills that can help me.

I picked SF6 just recently & i started with chun-li, i would love to know techs how to use chun-li's kit to counter other characters moves ? & i would appreciate giving me advice on the the best way to efficiently use her kit & thank you.
