We're down staying at my dad's house. He's on the sound side so when we go to the beach we usually have to drive and park in the lot by Black Pelican. We brought our bikes so we could just cycle over but forgot locks. Should we go buy a lock or is it generally safe to leave a bicycle unlocked?
Spotsy is trying to put another data center in...only about 2 miles from the one currently being built near Cosner's Corner. There's a meeting on Thursday, June 4 at 6;00 at the Lee Hill Community Center. Please come out in protest. We don't need another data center, cutting down our trees, contaminating our water, using our water, and bringing very little help to the community.
My gym is doing the Murph tomorrow. It'll take a bit but I think I can finish the exercises.... But I can't run, like I'm not supposed to per my orthopedist. I'll do a couple building laps but if I attempt to run two miles, even split to one and one I will be in so much pain and I know I can't do all that in 45 minutes. One mile would probably take me at least 16 minutes at my current running pace.
Would you just not go? Will a trainer give me something else to do for the run?
