Do I prune?

On 6/19 a windstorm snapped a small tree in half. We cut the jagged part of the trunk off to about 4 ft. high. The last 2 pics are of the tree now (8/18).

In the past two months, it has sprouted quite a bit of new growth! But I'm wondering should I prune off, some, a little, a lot, or none... of the branches?

Thanks!

[GA] - Rochester, PA - Goldfish fry

My big fish didn't eat enough little fish this year so I have an overbundance of little fish . Goldfish fry. Comet & Common mix. From teeny-tiny, to up to 2" maybe.

Couldn't get any pics of the teeny-tiny ones. Added a picture of an older generation of the fish in the pond, for reference.
