This has probably been discovered before, but I can’t find anyone talking about it online.

When you go to Tivoli cinema at 12:00am and stand right next to the door you can hear screaming and shooting that sounds crazy, especially the screaming. It stops at exactly 01:00am so this is a timed thing like the spiderwebs etc. With all the recent discussions about this area of the map and Tivoli cinema being the brightest light on the map I think this is very interesting. I have been looking into audio cues as the beast hunt shows this is something rockstar clearly uses very specifically, and they are easy to miss without headphones.
