I've been watching my calories for about 8 months and lifting for about 6 months now, and have a decent cardio baseline as someone who cycles a lot.
One piece I'm missing though is explosive movement or any movement skill type stuff. I'm hoping to integrate something a couple times a week, be it jumps or sprints or i don't even know what. Nothing I see online seems to fit it in to a regular routine, it's all like "prepare for this season" type stuff. What are the "fundamental lifts" of agility I can work on, and how do I make sure I'm systematically progressing?
any advice appreciated!
