[FOR HIRE] Automation Engineer | n8n + Make.com + Python | If your business runs on copy-paste and manual handoffs, I fix that

Most small businesses and agencies hit a point where the process that worked at 5 clients stops working at 20.

You're spending 2 hours a day moving information between tools. Your team is doing work that should happen automatically. You looked at Zapier, it costs too much for what it does, and the complex stuff it can't handle anyway.

That's the gap I work in.

I design and build automation systems using n8n and Make.com, connected to AI where it actually adds value and not just for the sake of it.

Recent builds include:

A lead intake system that verifies emails, enriches with company data, scores with AI, and routes to the right place automatically.

A client onboarding flow that goes from form submission to Notion entry to calendar invite to welcome email with zero manual steps.

A RAG chatbot pipeline that lets a business query its own internal documents through a chat interface..

Built a lead qualification pipeline in n8n that scores leads 0-100 and routes them automatically, here's how it works

Just wrapped a workflow I'm pretty happy with and wanted to share the structure since I see a lot of people asking about lead handling in here.

The pipeline does this:

  1. Webhook receives lead data from a form or CRM
  2. Hits Hunter.io to verify the email and pull company info
  3. Passes everything to Groq (llama-3.3-70b) with a structured scoring prompt, returns a score 0-100 with reasoning
  4. Conditional routing: high-score leads go to HubSpot and trigger a Slack alert, low-score leads go to Airtable for nurture
  5. Global error handler catches failures and logs them without breaking the flow

The trickiest part was getting Groq to return consistent JSON. Solved it by being extremely explicit in the system prompt about the output schema and adding a fallback parse step.

Supabase PostgreSQL for persistence throughout.

Happy to share the node structure if anyone wants to adapt it.

Seeking advice cuz I got tired honestly

As a person who knows many skills, vibe coding, data mining, data engineering, dashboards and automation building, n8n, Google Workspace Automation (Apps Script & AppSheet), Resume design (Canva), AI voice over creation + Ai Image creation + AI video creation, E-commerce stores design (Shopify) and other general skills, what could I possibly be doing wrong that results in not having any meaningful work in the past 7 months on all known freelance platforms (Freelancer, Fiverr, Upwork, PPH, Arc dev, Hubstaff talent, Contra)?

And btw, on these platforms, I'm NOT advertising myself as a generalist who can do all this on my profile, I specialize in one specific lane on each platform, with real projects backing it up, still getting very little meaningful work, so I was wondering if any one here could advise on what could I be doing wrong OR maybe tell me if all those skills are worth nothing anymore cuz of AI, then I would need a new field to enter.
