I recently started to use CreamInstaller for Xenoverse 2. I looked at other forums that told me the basic steps but now whenever I try to launch my game it gives me this error, cam someone help?

I'm trying to update Sparking Zero which I got from Steam Rip. I know they have the update I'm just wondering if I can just install the update instead of the entire game and just transferring my safe file. Also I'm wondering if I can play online with people that dont have the cracked game if thats possible?
so what happened is I bought these KD 18’s around last week of March and then I was wearing them and this area by the toe complete the opened is there anyway I can fix it or maybe take it to Nike and they can get like a manufacturers fault or something because I don’t really know what to do or is there a way I can fix it with like glue or something?
