After two years renting on Lake Ave my husband and I are leaving due to our nightmare of a landlord. We both work from home so unfortunately we are looking for a larger place (3+ bedrooms). It seems like everything out there is seasonal. Anyone have a lead on a place?

Our lease is up on 9/1 so we can move in August or September.

I just switched to 1GB cable from Optimum and was surprised to see the horrible upload speeds. My husband and I both work from home, are on calls all day, and have experienced quality and connectivity issues since we switched. I’m using top of the line WiFi access points so I’m certain there is no in home bottleneck causing the issues. Optimum Fiber isn’t an option. Any way to get improved upload caps?
