Anyone have reference pictures for painted cqbr block II’s?

Saw this photo and I know quite a bit about Leupold and this looks like a mark 5? What say yall?

My house used to have P2P internet and when I switched to fiber we left the mount. What kind of antenna would work using this mount? Currently I am not licensed but I am working on it. Just trying to get some ideas.
