New PR

Been running for 1 year consistently now. My first 10k was in October of last year and was 1:26. As a big guy (275) and was (300) when I started I wanted to share for all the other big people out there crushing miles, and getting in some good runs.

My goal was if I got under 1:15 on the 10k I would move on to the Half Marathon training and run my first one hopefully in September of this year!

Do you all frame your finished pieces? What kind of frames do you buy? I bought the cheapest one from Walmart and it does fine. I folded the top and bottom of the canvas to fit but the small sides of the canvas aren’t really foldable so you can still see them. Which means you can see where I went over the side lines because I didn’t care about that line.

Any frames or ways for only the true painting to be in frame?

Working on my 2nd one now.
