I’ve been trapped in a loop for 50 days trying to get a real human response for my disabled account (@5z9z). Today, a Meta Pro representative named Maxwell finally replied, telling me my new ticket was being closed because they already have an open case for it (Case ID: 884831187282715).
But here is the absolute comedy: literally ONE MINUTE LATER, an automated email arrived stating that the ticket is closed, and if I still need help, I should... click a link and open a brand new ticket!
They close tickets without solving them, push you to other dead ends, and then tell you to start all over again. They intentionally build these broken, looping automated systems to avoid taking accountability and to burn your time until you give up.
This isn't customer support; it's a systematic wall designed to ignore users while they keep charging for subscriptions and ads. Absolutely embarrassing for a leading tech brand.
